A Glitch in the Machine

And I’m suppose to be a techy. Ha! A friend just pointed out that she tried to post a comment and couldn’t. Silly software was asking for information without providing any place to enter that information. My bad. In my effort to make commenting easy, I overlooked a checked box that required a name and email before posting a comment. Unchecked now. And there is now a place to add your name and email. Comment away.

Getting Published

What does the unknown author need to get published? Besides a tough skin, I mean. Well, talent helps. A good handle on craft will refine and define that talent. An agent, in most cases, is essential. Agents, I think, are kind of the filter system to the Publishing Industry. They pretty much weed out most of the crap before it gets to the editors desk and help to refine the good stuff they do accept.
