Another thought would be to head on over to GUD and pre-order their first two issues for a friend (yourself, too). That would certainly fill the bill. But whatever you do, Buy A Friend A Book!
I know a few friends I’d like to buy, I mean books I’d like to buy for friends. Right now I’m reading SNOW FLOWER AND THE SECRET FAN, by Lisa See. It’s a mesmerizing tale of two Chinese women and their secret communication.
